She Came to Me

J.F. Nichols, W. Steele, B. Cole

 - 1998 Thurnic Music Co., Monkey Bidness Music

Led by John's "Army of Guitars" (three acoustic rhythms, three electric rhythms and two lead guitars, played by Billy, Jere and Dale Brown; John liked the way they all played the acoustic rhythm part differently, so he kept them and then asked them to duplicate the parts on electric guitars; the six rhythm guitars provide a rich, full sound), "She Came to Me" is a tribute to the person who appears at exactly the right time in exactly the right place, for exactly the right reason, stays exactly the right amount of time, and moves on.

Also found on the demo EP, "Songs for a Hummingbird," "She Came to Me" was the second of those four songs that ended up recorded by Bidnessmen, along with "I Miss My Baby," from "Open Faux Bidness."

Dale Brown - bass, acoustic and electric rhythm and lead guitars; Bill Cole - acoustic and electric rhythm guitars, backing vocals; Jere Ellis - acoustic and electric rhythm and lead guitars, backing vocals; Peter Keeble - drums; John Nichols - piano, synthesizers, lead and backing vocals
