Ray Crabtree's first contribution to the Dirty Quarters fulfills a promise made to Emily, when he asked her to come help with vocal tracks on "Swamp Jammin'" and "Hangin' On a Wire." Ray had been looking for the perfect song for Emily after she had recently gotten married, and it suddenly came to him.
The recording is meant for Emily's husband, and it took on new meaning with the birth of their child, recently.
So, with the Dirty Quarters, here is Emily Music, singing John David Souther's classic Roy Orbison sound-alike, "You're Only Lonely."
